Just outside Amsterdam lies Ransdorp, a small village surrounded by open grasslands. The house overlooks endless meadows where cows graze, hares dart through the fields, and birds nest undisturbed. On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining area offer sweeping views of this tranquil landscape, with the window seat providing the best vantage point. When the windows are open, you can enjoy the gentle passage of the sun and the fresh country air.
Upstairs, the bedroom features windows at two different heights, perfectly framing the breathtaking view — both at eye level as you enter the room, and from the comfort of the bed.

The house has been extended by four meters over two floors, featuring a brick façade with Accoya wooden window frames. Originally built in 1970, it has been fully renovated and thoroughly insulated. A heat pump has been installed, and solar panels have been added to the roof, making the home fully future-proof.
The oak staircase leading to the first floor begins on the ground level with a small platform — a built-in seating area that also offers integrated storage space.
